As part of a team of seven business students, we created a comprehensive business plan for our innovative product, 4-arm. Our plan integrated insights from operations, finance, marketing, and management, addressing key aspects like product development, financing, marketing strategies, organizational structure, and operations. As part of this project, my team of six marketing students developed and presented a comprehensive Integrated Marketing Communications Plan for Rockingham Educational Foundation Inc. (REFI), a local non-profit client in the JMU area. The goal of the media plan was to increase REFI’s revenue from $108,000 to $150,000 by June 2025. We achieved this by utilizing various marketing channels, with corresponding objectives, strategies, and tactics to meet the target.
